I'd applied for more than 100 advertising jobs and got nowhere. So I stopped sending CVs and became David Brent.

What I made

  • A job application video in character as David Brent from The Office, plus its own website, RecruitWill.com.
  • Cupcakes with QR codes for agency bosses, and Google ads on their own names: 'Searching for yourself again? I'm searching for a job.'

All of it: the idea, the video, the website and the ads.
